To perform a synchronization via AppleScript, FileMaker Pro must be running on the same computer as MacSQL with the desired database open (though the database can be a remote database running on another computer). The Assistant will list all of the open databases. If the desired database isn't open, then open it from the Finder and then press the Refresh List button to update the list.
