After selecting SQL as the format to export, the Export Assistant will walk you through the following steps:
Table selection
You will be presented with a list of the tables you can export. To select mutiple
tables, hold down the shift button while making your selections. To select all tables,
select a single table in the database and then press cmd-A.
Export options
You will now be asked about some optional steps that can be performed.
If you would like to the insert statements for the row data to explicitly
include the column names, check List Column Names on Insert. Finally, if you
would like to only export a limited set of data, you can enter a where clause
in the text box.
Do the Export
The final step is to press Start Export and perform the export. A progress bar will
appear to show you the status of the export. When complete, you will be notified.
