- No support for FrontBase, OpenBase, Oracle, or Sybase
- No support for the User Manager
- No support for FileMaker Pro Synchronization
- No telephone technical support
- Email support only available for 60 days after purchase
- Free upgrades for 60 days instead of one year
- Educational discounts do not apply
